Founder

Mark had often been referred to as one of the best agents in the lettings industry because he cares about his clients.

With over 20 years experience as an estate agent he was a top sales person which lead to him running his own branch and quickly made it the most profitable branch nationwide for that estate agency firm. Mark then decided he wanted to run his own business so he could give landlords and tenants the high level of service he felt that they deserved and so Lockwood Lettings and Management was born.

Dawn

Senior Property Manager

Dawn has been with Lockwood Lettings for nearly 5 years and had 8 years experience in the lettings industry making her the perfect property manager for clients of Lockwood Lettings and Management.

What Dawn loves most about her job is making the landlord and the tenant happy, which can sometimes be a challenge but one that Dawn never fails at. In Dawns spare time, not that she had much, she loves to watch a good drama on the TV.

Claire

Property Manager

Claire is the newest addition to the Lockwood Lettings and Management team and looks after property management and maintenance; she loves working at Lockwood Lettings and Management because they are a really friendly bunch of people that do actually care about the landlord and the tenant.

Whenever a team outing is on the cards Claire is the first to suggest an Indian or Chinese as that’s by far her favourite food so if you’re looking for a recommendation of dining out in Ashford just ask Claire.

Debbie

Renewals Administrator

Debbie is the person that deals with all our Tenancy Renewals and she has done for the last 3 years; before this she worked in our Property Maintenance department for just over 13 years. Debbie loves this role with Lockwood Lettings because she enjoys keeping in touch with the tenants and landlords ensuring that everyone is happy.

When Debbie isn’t working hard making our tenants and landlords happy she’ll be trying out the local Mediterranean, Mexican, Oriental and Asian restaurants because she loves spicy foods, especially washed down with some red wine. As a child Debbie dreamed of becoming an Air Hostess or Vet and that caring nature has certainly fitted in well with the Lockwood Lettings team.

Caley Wild

Negotiator

Wild by name and wild by nature. Caley is an avid martial arts fan and has been known on occasion to get in the cage and crack some heads. Don’t be fooled by the cool calm professional exterior that she demonstrates with excellence when dealing with all of our clients and customers. Inside is a fierce warrior waiting to destroy any opponent who is willing to get in the ring with her.

Kelly Higgs

Negotiator

Kelly has been working with Lockwood as an negotiator periodically for the last seven years.
Kelly first came to Lockwood as a tenant and loved the way she was treated so much that she decided she wanted to join the team. Kelly strives for excellence in everything she does, always there to help our landlords find the best tenants possible for their properties.
After a hard days work at the office Kelly likes to unwind by grabbing a ball of wool, her favourite knitting needles, and pattern and knocking out a few jumpers and scarves or whatever is seasonally appropriate.
Kelly is also a massive Ashford Town FC fan and can often be found down at The Robert Parker Stadium cheering on the mighty Tangerines in one of her famously knitted orange and white scarves.
