Property Viewings

We know that most of our tenants have normal 9am-5pm jobs or they may be busy at the weekends and only free at certain times of the day or week so we will work with you to arrange a property viewing at a time that suits you. We offer flexible viewing hours for our properties to accommodate the individual needs of our tenants and their busy lifestyles.

Tenant Application

We need our tenants to complete an application form, but again we will make this as easy as possible for our tenants. You can come into our office and complete it or we can email you a copy to complete at home and give to us in the office or before the property viewing.

Tenant References

Some letting agents will require the tenant to get an employer reference and landlord reference but not us; all we need from you is contact details of a current employer and previous landlord and we will get the references for you; helping to make your house moving process that little bit easier.

Tenant Deposits

We will take 5 weeks rent in advance as form of a deposit; this money is then kept safely and legally until the end of the tenancy. As long as you look after the property and pay all of your rent on time, We will return your full deposit to you shortly after you have left the property.

Fees

Tenants will pay no admin / referencing / or clerical fees

Tenants will be expected to pay one months rent in advance and a maximum of 5 weeks rent as deposit.

Utilities

We will make you aware of all the utility bills for the property and the companies the property is currently with for gas, electric, etc – you can choose to stay with them or move to another supplier if you would prefer.
